The Lady Falcons and Lady Spikers Prevailed today..

GAME's RESULT:
> AdU def. FEU- (25-17, 25-18, 30-28) > DLSU def. UST- (20-25, 25-20, 22-25, 25-22, 15-11)
... The monkeys of Adamson were effective today. First loss in the league for the Lady Tams. The FEU's star player- turned-assistant coach Rachel Anne Daquis wore something unusual. Here, "unusual" means not her FEU volleyball uniform. Obviously, she is a superstar and actually is still the focus of the lens, even when not playing, huh!. Since she can no longer play plus the loss of Irish Morada (another star of FEU), FEU is sure to be under too much pressure and will battle through this league on a rollercoaster-like road. But with Shaira Gonzalez and the highest scorer Cherry May Vivas on the recently concluded Shakey's VLeague, hopefully they can adjust sooner, rather than later. ... On the second game, DLSU ended UST's superiority ( on VLeague, hahaha). Watching it, UST seemed to be the team that controlled the match, but LaSalle was consistently able to bounce back after each lost set. Total score: DLSU- 107. UST-103. Tight match, obviously. By the way, wanna let you know that this 'second' game is actually the first game of DLSU that i was able to watch. They didn't join the last Shakey's conference, which was the first Filipino Volleyball league i ever watched..yeah, ever. Kaya nga, nagchamp ng 'no sweat' ang UST dun kasi wala yung pinakatinik. I'll give some likab;le DLSU players anyway: > Stephanie Mercado > Charleen Cruz > Michelle Datuin- who isn't playing anymore, but was spotted at the audience cheering for her former team. ...Daquis and Gonzalez watche the second game too, spotted by the camera as well.
