redefining...
Gone were the days when 3:00 am was my normal bedtime. Gone were the days when I could sleep all the way until the sun had risen hours before. Gone were the days when people named LeBron James and Roger Federer filled my day. Gone were the days when not taking meals was as normal as sleeping at 3:00 am and waking up at 12:00 p.m. Gone were the days.. gone were the days...
My life has turned so fast I don't think every single change has already sunk in.
I am working. I am in Surigao City. I am not going home to my parents every day. I wake up at 6:15 am. I sweep the house's kitchen area right after taking my bath in weekdays. I eat breakfast before 7:00 am. I leave the house (where I'm staying in Surigao) before 8:00 am. I walk to work and back to the house. I stay in the office longer than 8 hours, which is the required hours of work. I sleep before 10:00 pm.
This now is my life.
Just five months ago, I was just a student. I was in Butuan. I went home to my family. I was an owl. I didn't take baths regularly (opps!). I skipped meals like I didn't need them. I was the world's biggest bum. Ever.
You see? So, right now, I'm still trying to make my self truly believe that I'm here, I'm working, and that I have come to the point where I have a life. And isn't it too early!
